If you would like to rent the Our Savior’s Lutheran Church Sanctuary or the Fellowship Hall, the new policy requires you contact our church secretary, Sandy Bateman.               She has these forms in the office.   507-931-1564 or  oursaviorslutheran1@gmail.com

WEDDINGS:1.      Sanctuary and two additional rooms.         Members      $50.00 (seating in sanctuary:  160 to 180)                                          Non-Members    $100.00      Sanctuary, two additional rooms.                                                    Members      $100.00      social hall, and kitchen                                                              Non-Members     $200.00     

These fees will help cover expenses like utilities, printing costs, bathroom and garbage expenses, etc. 
Other fees to be paid at the time of reservation:

Checks should be made out for the pastor and the organists/pianist.  They should be dated for the date of the wedding and the checks will be held until that day when they will be given to the pastor and organist/pianist.

In addition to the policies above, the church council of Our Savior’s has established the following policies:  

  1. Scheduling: For weddings, it is on a first come, first serve basis. All requests must be directed to the pastor for confirmation
  2. Alcoholic Beverages: No alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the church building, the parking lot or anywhere on the church property (with the exception of the service of Holy Communion).
  3. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the church building, the parking lot or anywhere on the church property.

    These are the specific areas of the church I will be using._________________________________________________________.

    I agree to leave the facilities the way I found them and will pay the full replacement value for any damages incurred.  I will be responsible for the cleanup and place garbage bags in the hallway between the north double doors. 

     For Non- Members, I also agree to pay a deposit fee of $100.00 to “Our Savior’s Lutheran Church” taking into account the extent of the church use.  To ensure your reservation, the fee must be paid at the time the agreement is signed and dated. Thank you.
